Overview
Dulux Multi-Surface Primer & Undercoat is ideal for use on both interior and exterior wood, metal, and masonry surfaces. It makes surface preparation simple and quick due to its fast-drying formulation. It can be over-coated with a suitable Dulux top coat.

Preparation
Ensure the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from dirt or grease.
- Remove any flaking paint and sand down the surface to allow for adhesion.
- If the surface is damaged repair using an appropriate filler.
- Resinous wood or corroded metal will require a specialist primer.
Application
Always test an small area of the surface to be treated to ensure you are happy with the finished results.
- Stir thoroughly before use and ensure the product is fully mixed.
- Apply using a brush.
- Work the paint in the direction of the wood grain.
- Leave to dry for 2 hours if apply a second coat or 6 hours to dry.
- Apply a second coat to bare surfaces.
Always follow manufacturers instructions found on the tin.
